ERIMS provides
data and document management for multiple facilities. Any number or
types of documents can be associated with features at any facility.
This means that a data document, image, map, CAD drawing, report, graph,
chart, spreadsheet, presentation or photo can be associated with an
individual feature, an entire facility, a building, a room, or a piece
of equipment in a room. Additionally, you can associate multiple items
of any type with a facility feature. If a document is only available
in hard copy, a reference to its physical location can be associated
with a feature, or it can be converted to electronic format for use
with ERIMS.
All documents uploaded into ERIMS are immediately indexed and the body
of the document or document attributes are available for various query
tools.
The on-line
survey capability of ERIMS allows you to post surveys for information
gathering. Once the data are gathered, on-line reports with query tools
allow you to review the survey results
