An important feature of ERIMS is that any number or type of documents can be associated with any feature at any facility. This means that a data value, document, image, map, CAD drawing, report, graph, chart, spreadsheet, presentation or photo can be associated with any individual feature, whether it's an entire facility, a building, a room, or a piece of equipment in a room.

ERIMS gives you unprecedented flexibility to organize your documents into whatever manner you desire.

Documents viewed, downloaded, and edited in ERIMS can be stored and viewed in native Microsoft format (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), HTML, PDF file or scanned image formats. More importantly, CAD documents can be viewed, edited, and printed without the need for CAD software on your desktop computer.

Documents are easily uploaded to ERIMS from your desktop with point and click navigation. You set the security levels and administration rights to each document, not us.
