Do you want to eliminate costly data entry and increase your productivity?

Do you dream about instantly displaying the status of your field efforts and generating accurate reports, every time.

Dream no more! The ERIMS PDA Tools automate collecting field information and uploading data to the web for analysis and reporting. PDA Tools eliminates recording information on paper, transcription errors during data transfer, and facilitates data analysis and display.

With the aid of a PDA, you can automate collecting field information and avoid costly transcription errors. The PDA is an easy method to electronically enter information and immediately upload it to ERIMS for multiple access anywhere in the world.

ERIMS currently has available the following PDA applications:

The Field Parameters module allows you to save time and effort by facilitating the collecting and recording of information in the field. This PDA module pays for itself by facilitating analytical field sample data entry, groundwater elevation measurements, and instantaneous and meter drive flow readings.

The Audit module allows you to search for audit findings by regulatory area and enter pre-established or custom findings and compliance dates. It also allows for the loading of pre-built (through the use of ERIMS web tools) audit questionnaires. This PDA module when linked to the ERIMS system allows email ticklers to be sent to select individuals at key compliance dates. Roll-up reporting and status checks are also available. The capability to upload custom questionnaires for use during auditing is currently being developed.

The Condition Assessment module allows you to collect facilities information during site inspections and link directly via the web to custom sophisticated ranking and reporting system in ERIMS. This PDA module is a powerful tool when linked through ERIMS to facilities information such as scheduled maintenance dates, age of structures, and construction details.

PDA Requirements:

ERIMS PDA tools require Microsoft Windows CE 3.0 and an established connection to the ERIMS website.
