Because ERIMS web pages are generated by a back-end database, the information changes as your database changes. ERIMS uses Active Server Pages (ASPs) created using information from the database each time you access a new web page., This means that there are no static (outdated) pages to display. ERIMS does not require constant programming updates and the data you are viewing are always the most current. |
ERIMS is a self-supporting application that allows
you to manage your information with little to no involvement of our
system administrator. The functionality and administration are controlled
from your own environment.

ERIMS provides data and document management for multiple facilities. Any number or types of documents can be associated with features at any facility.
This means that a
can be associated with an individual feature, an entire facility, a building, a room, or a piece of equipment in a room. |

Additionally, you can associate multiple items of any type with a facility feature. If a document is only available in hard copy, a reference to its physical location can be associated with a feature, or it can be converted to electronic format for use with ERIMS.
Documents uploaded into ERIMS are immediately indexed and are available for various query tools.
